Two different leadership groups are charged with developing and guiding our company’s diversity efforts.
Executive Diversity Council
The Executive Diversity Council, led by our Chairman, President and CEO Clay Jones, comprises members of our senior leadership. The council provides leadership for our diversity journey.
Diversity Advisory Council
The Diversity Advisory Council has representation from each top-level organization. Council members function as the "eyes and ears" of our company, and meet biannually with the Executive Diversity Council.
These diversity advocates, chaired by the Office of Diversity, help us ensure an inclusive culture that leverages diversity within the business units and our shared services. They advise leaders on key issues and practices related to diversity, and act as role models to their peers and fellow employees.
